A second layer of blended wool and cotton adds depth to the feel, while avoiding synthetic materials for a natural, breathable foundation.

The sleep system centers on 1,716 hand-nested vanadium steel pocket springs in a King size, each encased in breathable calico cotton to ensure independent, localized support. This construction minimizes motion transfer and preserves spinal alignment. A Wool border, two rows of hand side-stitching, and hand tufting with felt washers secure the fillings, protect the perimeter, and maintain a stable, edge-to-edge sleep surface over time.
